Williams is president & CEO  of ACF Enterprises LLC, a training and consulting company that specializes in helping corporations include enterprise value in their sustainability investment.  For over 25 years, Icy has been on the cutting edge of solutions for environmental management and social responsibility. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she was the supplier diversity leader at Procter & Gamble.  Icy is co-founder of the National Sustainability Coalition as well as the International Sustainability Institute of Applied Sciences, which operates as a division of ACF Enterprises LLC. During her career, Icy has won a variety of prestigious awards and has been recognized by numerous organizations for her work in small and diverse business development.
